In the era of regional autonomy nowadays the management of primary and secondary education is responsibility of local governments. With big authority government expected to maximize the ability or capacity that region have. This research aimed to find out the regulations of the education budget, the resources of the education budget and the allocation of education funding. With this research, of course, will be expected to provide benefits both academic and practical.
