BIODIVERS Vol. 1 No. 2 2022

This time BIODIVERS raised the importance of the theme "Save Biodiversity for Sustainable Prosperity". The science magazine concentrates on calls for articles that outline the focus aspects of Save Biodiversity, namely: 1) Restoration and conservation of unique and degraded ecosystems, 2) Sustainable management of biodiversity, 3) Utilization of bioenergy and biotechnology to support sustainability, 4) Strengthening resilience ecosystem, 5) Development of ecotourism to encourage biodiversity conservation, and 6) Initiatives against potential risks of biodiversity loss. In response to this call, contributed articles address the topics of bioenergy, contamination, conservation, biotechnology and breeding, and food nutrition. The articles contributed mostly come from case studies in tropical countries, which are blessed with enormous biodiversity of flora and fauna. Appreciating these efforts, this address briefly discusses tropical biodiversity
